we lived the problem.
Built by tax professionals, bookkeepers, and tax planners with over 20 years in the business. We didn't design this from the outside looking in. We built it from the inside out.
The old way stopped making sense.
The team behind TAXONIX didn't come from Silicon Valley. We came from the field.
Over two decades, we prepared taxes for individuals at every income level — from first-time filers navigating their first W-2 to high earners managing complex portfolios and multi-entity structures. We ran tax franchises. We worked inside service bureaus. We processed bank products and understood the full financial ecosystem around the return, not just the return itself. We kept the books for startups still figuring out what they were, small businesses trying to grow, and large businesses trying not to lose what they'd built.
In all of that, we used every major platform on the market. TurboTax digitized a paper form. QuickBooks and Xero moved the ledger to the cloud but still required a human to touch every transaction. Drake and TaxSlayer gave professionals a faster way to do the same manual data entry they'd always done. None of them talked to each other. None eliminated the work — they reorganized it.
We got tired of stitching systems together. We got tired of referring out bookkeeping when we were preparing the return, and referring out tax prep when we were managing the books. We got tired of telling clients to wait while the bookkeeper caught up, watching deadlines compress and compliance risk grow with every delay.
So we built the thing nobody else built: a single AI-powered platform that handles the books, the planning, and the return — together, automatically, in real time.
